FTA Europe honors winners across 16 categories at 2024 Diamond Awards
On May 30, 2024, FTA Europe hosted the sixth edition of the Diamond Awards in Düsseldorf, Germany, during the renowned drupa trade fair. The Diamond Awards celebrate excellence in flexography printing by recognising the best flexo products in Europe. These awards not only honour top achievements but also bring the flexo community together.
The nominees for the FTA Diamond Awards are winners of national flexo competitions of FTA Europe’s member associations, including the national awards of ATEF (Spain), ATF Flexo (France), ATIF (Italy), EFTA Benelux, and FIA UK. This ensures that the participating printers represent the pinnacle of flexography in Europe and beyond.
Sixteen categories were awarded, with winners chosen from 136 outstanding flexo entries. Each winner received a diamond-shaped trophy and a certificate. The prestigious “Best in Show” Diamond Award was presented to Sacchettificio Nazionale G. Corazza from Italy for their work Vafo Linea Era Sterilised 1.25kg.
The 2024 edition of the Awards set a new attendance record, attracting over 300 guests from Europe, the Americas, and Australia. The event featured a cocktail reception, a gala dinner, and concluded with an afterparty.
